At present we only deliver to UK mainland.
Orders up to £25.00 – cost £2.50
Orders over £25.00 – FREE
DELIVERY ADVICE Once we have confirmation of cleared funds, your order will be sent out by Royal Mail second class delivery.
If you have a small letterbox, you may find that you will have to collect the package from your local sorting office – the delivery person will leave a card with instructions on if this is the case.
To avoid such delays we suggest that you provide a delivery address where someone is available to take delivery in the daytime (such as your work address) however this is at your own risk.
If you have not received your order within 14 days, please let us know by contacting the Dispatch Department

METHOD OF PAYMENT We use Paypal to process online credit card sales. If you do not yet have a Paypal account, it is free to set up when prompted to do so at the checkout.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged or missing goods please email the Customer Service Department within 5 working days. We will reply to you within 48 hours and aim to settle the issue within 5 working days from receipt of the email. Do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS We will not despatch orders where one product is out of stock if the item in question will be in stock within one week.
If more than one product is out of stock, or supplies are not likely within one week, we will inform you before the order is processed of the unavailable items and you will be offered the choice of waiting for your item(s) or receiving a refund. We will not dispatch part orders unless requested and a further p&p charge applied.
